Shipping: Our chocolates are handmade and freshly prepared daily, which requires a processing time of 1-3 business days before shipping. After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 4-5 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over $99. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
With the express shipping option, it is expected to be delivered in approximately 2-4 business days after your product is delivered to the carrier. However, these periods may be extended on special days and on special days.
Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind our quality with a satisfaction guarantee. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
Cargo deliveries will be made only on Monday and Tuesday to avoid melting as the weather warms up.
Cancel Orders: If you contact us up to 1 hour after placing your order, there will be no problem if you want to cancel your order if it has not been delivered to the carrier. Since the products are handmade, there is a deduction of 10$ per product in case of cancellation after 1 hour without delivery to the carrier.
